How we might work together

Charlotte Jaggar reading notes in her therapy room

In therapy, we use the strengths and resources that you bring to get to where you want to go in your life and relationships. My aim is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where anything can be expressed, felt, and ultimately transformed. I seek to understand you, the richness of your lived experience and your context. Whether you come to therapy alone or with family members we explore together to generate new ideas, understanding, experiences and choices.

At your pace, we work with your whole self - your beliefs and thoughts, emotions and your physiology. I am curious, empathic and accepting of whatever you bring in to the room, I may tentatively offer ideas and practices for you to try.

Through my own experience I am convinced of the utility of working with the mind and the body to improve wellbeing. Outside of my therapy practice I offer yoga classes and one to one yoga sessions.

Please contact me using the form below if you would like to book an initial call to discuss your needs (up to twenty minutes free of charge).
