One to one yoga

If you’re looking to start or deepen your yoga practice but prefer a more personalized approach than a group class, I offer one-to-one yoga sessions tailored specifically to your needs. Whether you’d like a single session or a series of lessons, each session is customized to support your unique goals, whether it’s for self-care, grounding, or personal growth.

One-to-one yoga provides a bespoke experience, allowing you to work at your own pace with a focus on what best serves your body and mind. These body-based practices can also complement psychotherapy by enhancing self-awareness and supporting emotional regulation.

I am a yoga teacher registered with the British Wheel of Yoga, and I am deeply passionate about the power of slowing down and deeply listening to our bodies—a practice that has been central to my own healing and recovery from trauma. In my teaching, I aim to honor the ancient roots of yoga, while remaining mindful of how modern interpretations, particularly in the West, can sometimes lead to cultural appropriation. I strive to approach yoga with respect for its origins, acknowledging the depth and tradition of this sacred practice.

In my sessions, I incorporate mindfulness, breathwork, and movement to promote nervous system regulation and emotional resilience. I also explore how contemporary frameworks like polyvagal theory can intersect with these ancient teachings, offering a bridge between traditional wisdom and modern understandings of the body and mind. My goal is to create a respectful and inclusive space, where each practice is grounded in authenticity and awareness
