If you’re looking to start or deepen your yoga practice but prefer a more personalized approach than a group class, I offer one-to-one yoga sessions tailored specifically to your needs. Whether you’d like a single session or a series of lessons, each session is customized to support your unique goals, whether it’s for self-care, grounding, or personal growth.

One-to-one yoga provides a bespoke experience, allowing you to work at your own pace with a focus on what best serves your body and mind. These body-based practices can also complement psychotherapy by enhancing self-awareness and supporting emotional regulation.

I am a yoga teacher registered with the British Wheel of Yoga, and I am passionate about the power of slowing down and deeply listening to our bodies—a practice that has been central to my own healing and recovery from trauma.

In my sessions, I incorporate mindfulness and movement to promote nervous system regulation and resilience. I explore how contemporary frameworks like polyvagal theory can intersect with ancient teachings, offering connection between traditional Eastern wisdom and Western understandings of the body and mind. My goal is to create a respectful and inclusive space, where each practice is grounded in somatic awareness and self care.
